Stiff neck. Aching lower back. We find the cause.
Deep tissue massage and targeted stretching, adapted to your body. Every session starts with a short conversation and a check of how you move.
What I help people with most often
You do not need to be an athlete or have a diagnosis. Most people who come to me simply want to function better in everyday life.
- Stiff neck and shoulders Desk work, stress, strain
- Lower back and pelvis One of the most common complaints
- Tension headaches Neck, jaw and shoulders
- Sports injuries and overload Running, strength training, skiing
- Imbalances in hips and back Muscular imbalance
- Disc problems and joint pain Relief and better function
- Stiffness and reduced mobility When your body feels older than it is
What is muscle therapy?
Where regular massage is about relaxation, muscle therapy goes deeper. Systematic work with muscles, connective tissue and joints releases locked tension and corrects imbalances.
Read more about the treatmentDeep tissue massage
Releases tension in muscles and connective tissue, where the problem actually sits.
Targeted stretching
Muscle and joint stretches that give you your mobility back.
Isolated treatment
One muscle group at a time, so we treat the cause and not just the symptom.
What a treatment looks like
-
Conversation and assessment
You tell me about your complaints, your daily life and what you want to achieve. I look at your posture and mobility.
-
Thorough treatment
Deep massage, stretching and isolated treatment of the muscle groups that need it most. I adjust the pressure as we go.

Before your first session
Wondering about something else? Send a message or call, and I will answer.
All questionsDo I need a referral from a doctor?
No. You can book directly. If you have a diagnosis or are being treated by a doctor or physiotherapist, please tell me about it in your first session.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes. It helps to bring shorts or workout clothes, but I adapt the treatment to the situation.
Does the treatment hurt?
Deep tissue massage can feel intense, but I adjust pressure and technique to what you can tolerate. The goal is effective treatment without unnecessary discomfort. Most people feel clear relief afterwards.
How long is a session?
You can choose between 45 and 60 minutes. The first session includes a short conversation about your complaints. With 60 minutes there is more time for a thorough assessment and for several areas in the same session.
